Year of the Asian 2019

Shealea of Shut Up, Shealea, Vicky of Vicky Who Reads, CW of The Quiet Pond and Lily of Sprinkles of Dreams are hosting the 2019 Year of the Asian reading challenge aka #YARC2019, a year-long reading challenge to read books written by asian authors. Books do not have to be published in 2019, however they must be read (or re-read) in 2019 for them to count for this challenge. Being an asian myself, I admit that I haven't read very many books by asian authors until the past couple of years, and this challenge is a wonderful motivation to read as many books by asian authors as possible this year. This post will serve as my sign up post as well as my progress tracker.

For more info, full guidelines, fun monthly prompts, recommendations and incentives regarding this challenge, check out the hosts blogs to find out more if you're interested in participating.

My goal is the Indian Cobra level (11-20 books).
